In this article, Ahmed lists out the multiple security concerns and possible breaches of privacy that FRT (facial recognition technology) may provide. I will use this as a resource to show the many ways FRT can negatively affect the world.

In this article, Wågström gives example of how FRT is misused in certain contexts, like with the hong kong protesters at the time. I will use this as an example of the dangers and misues law enforcement could have with FRT.

In this article, Yamada goes over a specific smartphone app that generates AI images of its users and the possible dangers that may cause with its collection of its users’ facial data. I will use this article to show how even something as simple as an app can also lead to a huge breach of privacy with its use of AI facial recognition.
